The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the golf course, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Indian Wells, CA. The professional staff made a good impression. The swimming pool was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic.

The rooms here are tidy, modern, and include storage space, a writing desk, and an iron.

The service was personalized, with a shuttle to the golf course. The room had great features, including storage space, iron, and a chair. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide range of outstanding food.

Excellent beautiful location, up to the front area. Adjacent to the Palm Springs in late January or early February, hill since becoming the Hilton, and easy to reach restaurants. Tastefully decorated room, brand-new with big bathrooms.

Beds were uncomfortable.

The staff was polite and friendly. The views of the mountains were lovely. The location is great, close to grocery stores, basic shopping, Joshua Tree National Park, and restaurants.

Tidy and updated room overlooking mountain. Marvellous and beautiful location - really close to Indian Wells Golf Course. Also, in an area where it's is designated to be quiet. Fine check-in, parking on site. Great parking, shuttle to the golf course.

the location was particularly good, not too far from eisenhower walk of honor. the stuff was superfriendly and accommodating. booked a room with nice views of the mountains.

The room was modern and clean, with convenient amenities like an iron and a couch, offering an amazing view. We were impressed by the bathroom. The shuttle service to the golf course was outstanding. The location was fantastic, close to major stores, Palm Springs, the desert, and nature in an excellent area. It was only a 10-15 minute walk from Eisenhower Walk of Honor.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Indian Wells area. the location was absolutely ideal for my visit, as it was close to Palm Desert, La Quinta, and other areas I needed to be in. The hotel also offers affordable transportation options, such as Uber, which made getting around a breeze. Secondly, the room was both spacious and comfortable, with a large patio where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's grounds were impressively well-maintained, and I loved seeing guests taking advantage of the available bikes to explore the area. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast options provided each morning, adding an extra touch of convenience and value to my stay.

All aspects of my stay were absolutely fine, with no issues.

We loved the property but were extremely disappointed to find several large spider webs in our room (with small spiders visible). Where there's baby spiders there is bound to be a momma spider, not ok. We did call front desk and asked to be moved rooms and it took roughly 3 to 3 1/2 hours to get a new room. The pool also seemed a bit muggy and not exactly clean. Even the following morning at 8am the water was still cloudy.

They already included 20% tip for the spa personnel and by doing that the resort shifts the appreciation of the service from the customer into their hands. Therefore, mediocrity of service is encouraged. I taught that tip was discretionary and a reflection of the service received...so, that was a spoiler for me and I could tell that the services that I have received there before the new policy was in effect (many years ago) were of a much greater quality. I went there for the spa but I will not do that in the future... I could have stayed at Ritz with the same amount of money...

The grounds were immaculately maintained, with beautiful sculpture art installations throughout the property. Convenient location for Indian Wells Tennis. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Felt completely relaxed, nothing to complain about.
